Before first use, remove the protective film covering the hook-and-loop strip — while it's on, the two sides can't grip. Then place the pillow around your neck with the closure at the front and fasten it, adjusting so it holds without squeezing.
How do I know it fits right?
The strap lets you adjust how snug it is around your neck. Open it fully before first use, put the pillow on, then adjust gradually. You should be able to move and breathe freely, with no feeling of pressure.
Does it replace a U-shaped travel pillow?
It's a different shape: the support wraps around your neck and closes at the front, for more continuous support. Take a moment to find the setting and position that suit you.
Is the foam firm or soft?
The memory foam cushions your neck while keeping its support. It gradually molds under pressure and then returns to shape. How it feels depends on your build, the adjustment and the room temperature.
Can I pick different colors in a bundle?
Yes. With the 2-pack or 4-pack, you choose the color of each pillow separately. A carry bag is included with each one.
Is a sleep mask included?

How do I clean and store it?
Remove the cover, hand-wash it and let it dry completely. Do not machine-wash the foam. To travel light, compress the pillow into the bag provided; once out, let the foam recover its shape.
Can I use it outside of a plane?
Yes — on trains, as a car passenger or to rest while sitting up. Adjust it to your position and your seat.
