When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–12 business days after shipment, with full tracking.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Do your pillows work for every sleeping position?

Our memory foam pillows follow the shape of your head and neck. Each product page lists the sleeping positions it suits. The Dreamflex pillow has removable layers so you can adjust its height.

Are your products medical devices?

No. Our pillows, masks and accessories are comfort products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If pain persists, please talk to a healthcare professional.
