YOUR QUESTIONS MATTER
Frequently asked questions about the silk mask.
Useful details to choose with confidence.
Talk to our team ↗Is it silk or satin?+
This mask is silk: 22 momme mulberry silk outside and natural silk fiber inside. Our satin mask is a different product.
Is the strap adjustable?+
Yes, from about 20.5 to 23.5 in. Choose a comfortable setting, without pressure.
Does it block all light?+
The wrap-around cut limits light. Results vary with your face, the fit and the color — darker shades are best if you want strong blackout.
Can I choose two different colors?+
Yes. The 2-mask offer lets you pick an available color for each one.
What if it's not right for me?+
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as described in our return policy. See return conditions ↗
