Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your comfort essentials. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging, with all accessories (carry bag, pouch, etc.).
  • For hygiene reasons, pillows, sleep masks, bonnets and pillowcases that have been used, washed or removed from their protective packaging can only be returned if they are defective or not as described.

2. How to start a return

Email us at contact@maisonely.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered. In that case, we cover the return or send you a replacement at no cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charges are deducted.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different color or item is to return the item you have and place a new order.

7. Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@maisonely.com.

8. Contact
