Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or due to carrier delays.

Every order includes tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track your order page.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown at checkout include any import duties for US deliveries; you will not be asked to pay additional duties on delivery. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away so we can update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at contact@maisonely.com with your order number and we will help.
